  • By Appointment Only

  • $40 non-refundable deposit is required for all NEW clients & will be applied towards your service

  • Online booking is available for your convenience

  • You’ll receive an appointment confirmation 72 hrs prior and a reminder text 24 hrs prior

LATE APPOINTMENTS

  • If you are running late, I will only be able to fill as much as possible in the time remaining

  • My schedule is back-to-back so I will not be able to extend your appt

  • Anything over 30 mins late may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee & will have to be rescheduled to another day

  • So please be on time :)

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

  • I kindly ask for at least a 24 hr notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment

  • This will give me enough time to notify any other client on my waitlist that may have wanted that time slot or to post an opening

  • If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hrs, you will need to pay a $40 late cancellation fee via Venmo or Cash app

  • No-shows will also be charged a $40 late cancel fee before being able to rebook w/ me

NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT

  • I do require a $40 deposit for all new clients to secure your appointment

    • You are a considered a “New Client” if it’s your first time at Fluffie or if you have not been in for 3 months prior

  • If you book online, your appt is just a request and I will reach out to you via text within a day to collect a deposit in order to accept the appt

  • If I haven’t received the deposit within 24 hrs of my text notice, your appt request will unfortunately be denied

  • If you book w/ me via direct message or text and we discuss dates/times, the appt hasn’t been made or secured until the deposit has been sent

  • Deposit can be paid through Venmo or Cash app

CANCELLATIONS W/ A DEPOSIT

  • Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable if you cancel at least 24 hrs prior to your appt and rescheduled right then & there

  • Your existing deposit needs a new appt date and time in order to be transferred over to

  • If you fail to reschedule, the deposit is lost and a new deposit will be required when you make a future appt

  • Any cancellation made within 24 hrs of the appt loses the deposit and a new deposit will be required when you make a future appt
