SHIPPING & PROCESSING.

Fluffie Lash Co offers $6 flat rate shipping for all U.S. customers. Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada for a $12 flat rate shipping. We hope to ship worldwide in the near future!

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase and shipped out via USPS (typically 1-3 days transit time), excluding holidays. Depending on the size & weight of the order, it will be sent as either First-Class Mail or Priority Mail. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has been processed.

All orders are shipped from Nevada, USA.

Once the package leaves our facility, Fluffie Lash Co is no longer responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen packages. If you need assistance tracking your package, please contact USPS customer support & file a claim here.

RETURN POLICY.

Due to the sanitary nature of eyelash extensions and other cosmetic products, all sales are final. Please double check your order for accuracy before you checkout.

All products are visually and thoroughly inspected prior to being shipped. If there is a defective product or quality concern, please contact us within (3) days of delivery date at fluffielashco@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue with you.

If you’d like to update an incorrect address or cancel an order that you’ve just placed, please contact us ASAP via text (702) 329-6010 or email fluffielashco@gmail.com and include your Order #, first & last name, and email address.

We will try our very best to accommodate your request. However, orders that have already been shipped out cannot be changed or cancelled.

TRAINING.

Training class fees and deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is to secure your spot in the class and the remaining balance will be due at least 7 days before your scheduled class date. If you fail to make your final payment by the due date, your spot will be forfeited. If you are unable to attend class due to health or travel reasons, you are required to notify Fluffie Lash Co at least 1 week before your class date in order to reschedule to another class within the same calendar year.
