HOW TO USE:
Shake well. Pump foam into your palm, on your lash cleansing brush, or directly onto the eyelid/lashes. Lather your lashes gently with the brush to remove oil build-up, dead skin cells, dirt or make-up. Repeat if necessary. Rinse-off.
